At SL Materials, we are working on something that fundamentally changes the concrete industry. Using our own Smart Liberator, we recover the original raw materials from concrete rubble. In other words: we make new concrete from old concrete. This is not a vision for the future. It is what happens here every day. For our concrete plant in Zaandam, we are looking for a Concrete Mixer Driver to take this story out on the road.
SL Materials grew out of an Amsterdam family business with roots in the post-war transport sector. What began as the transport of concrete materials grew into a mission: to make concrete fully circular. The Smart Liberator — our own developed technology — makes that possible. We recover the original raw materials from concrete rubble and process them directly into high-quality circular concrete. Quality, sustainability, and CO₂ reduction are not marketing buzzwords for us. They are the standards against which we measure our work.
As a Concrete Mixer Driver, you drive independently for our clients throughout the Netherlands. You work on the concrete mixer every day, maintaining close contact with the transport planner and your colleagues at the concrete plant. You know how a working day runs, sort out what needs sorting, and understand that the moment you drive off site, you are the face of SL Materials.
